MADRVA MINI-GRANTS

MADRVA offers direct financial assistance through our mini-grants program.

Mini-grants are $200 and can be used for anything. We prioritize marginalized and vulnerable groups. Each person is eligible for two grants per year. Applications are open 9am-9pm on the open date. Filling out an application does not guarantee approval. A randomized system is used to approve applications. Applications are NOT approved based on the time you submitted. Please take your time filling out the application to avoid it being removed for incompleteness.

Be sure to fill out the form fully and let us know of any questions or changes by texting 804-362-0624. We are a very small team of volunteers managing these mini-grant requests and will do our best to process applications within one month, thanks for your patience!

Filling out an application does not automatically mean it is approved. An application submitted at 9:01AM does not have any more preference than an application submitted at 8:55PM. Please expect to be contacted about approval. If you are approved, the mini-grant will take up to six weeks to send. 

We offer mailed checks, cash pickup/delivery, or payment via Venmo for mini-grants. Any application received after that months cycle and before the new cycle opens will not be considered.

Mini-grants are funded through community members! We reach capacity within minutes after opening applications - the need is very high. Please consider supporting this program if you're able by visiting the link below.
